Why Consumers Unsubscribe From Brand Mobile Messages [CHART]

In a May 2019 survey by mobile marketing solutions and engagement platform Vibes, the second-most-common reason for unsubscribing from a brand’s business messaging was irrelevant information, cited by 37% of US smartphone owners.
Too many messages/updates was in first place.
