Fantasy sports players are known for their passion and dedication to their digital teams. Based on May 2014 polling conducted by Ipsos Public Affairs, this enthusiasm is on the rise, with the number of players in North America hitting the highest total out of the five years the study had been conducted, at 41 million.
According to the survey, 14% of US internet users ages 12 and older played fantasy sports, compared with 12% in 2012, totaling nearly 36 million players.
